Prior to despatch, customers may cancel an order by email to enquiries@oliver-seeds.co.uk or by calling the Oliver Seeds sales office on 01506 894822. For prepaid orders, refunds will normally be processed within 3 working days.
It is essential to record short delivered or damaged goods on the delivery note and to report this to Oliver Seeds within 5 working days. Credits / refunds for lost or damaged goods will normally be processed within 5 working days of notification.
Any requests for return of incorrectly supplied goods should be made within 5 working days of delivery. Once a return has been approved, Oliver Seeds will arrange for the goods to be picked up by our delivery sub-contractors. Returned goods will only be accepted if they are in good condition and will normally be credited / refunded within 5 working days of receipt of the goods.
